General Information

• Book you deposit today, and we’ll automatically split your remaining balance into equal monthly payments, charging you each month until the event starts!
• We will divide your amount due and charge you 8 convenient monthly payments (or the number of months remaining from your booking date to the event start date) starting September 15th, 2025.
• TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR HOTEL GUESTS AT DISCOUNTED PRICING LATER THIS YEAR! We will notify all hotel guests who have made a deposit when they are available.
• THREE NIGHT MINIMUM – RESERVATIONS MADE THAT DO NOT INCLUDE 3-NIGHT MINIMUM WILL BE CANCELLED.
• Room Bookings MUST contain booking dates of Friday – Monday of the event weekend.
• Event check-in on Friday at 4:00pm and check-out on Monday at 11:00am. Late checkouts are available through the hotel after check-in.
• All hotel guests must be 18 years of age or older.
• By reserving a hotel room at the host hotel, you agree to receive our periodic promotions, newsletters, and updates via email, SMS messaging, and/or phone call with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
• Hotel has overnight parking for guests with a vehicle at $25/night(subject to change).  We encourage use of Uber/Lyft.  Transportation provided for off-property events at a reasonable cost.
• Additional Days Are Available for Booking to Extend Your Magical Experience!
