1. Eligibility and Entry Instructions
SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO ANYONE WHO IS EIGHTEEN YEARS (18) OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF the date of the initiation of the registration. Directors, officers, and employees of One Magical Weekend and any of its respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, ambassadors, professional advisors, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win a prize. All applicable US federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. All consumers can register using the registration at www.onemagicalweekend.com on front page.
3. Contest Period
The Sweepstakes period begins at the end of One Magical Weekend’s event weekend and ends on 11:59 PM hours US-EST GM5 30 days prior to the start of the next One Magical Weekend event weekend in the given calendar year (the “Deadline”). All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win the prize.
4. Prizes
3 nights stay at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights. Check-in and check-out on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night stay required for up to 2 adults.
2 VIP Tickets to Friday Main Event at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Waterpark
2 VIP Tickets to Saturday Main Event at House of Blues
2 VIP Tickets to Sunday Main Event at Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort
2 Tickets to all three Therapy Pool Party Sessions at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort.
2 Tickets to all three CADABRA Afterhours parties. (Must be 21+ to attend)
IMPORTANT: Winners are required to have all proper documentation (passport, visa, other permits) to enter USA. Other requirements may apply. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all requirements are met.
The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. There is no limit to the number of entries that will be accepted by One Magical Weekend.
Exclusive use of the winner, not transferable.
Present the coupon or certificate physically at the time of the activity.
5. Prize Restrictions and Winner Responsibilities
All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. Winner may be issued a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won in Sweepstakes from One Magical Weekend and/or participating co- sponsors exceeds $600.00.
Prizes are not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by the One Magical Weekend who reserves the right to award a prize of equal of greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
Winners must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Winners will be notified by a One Magical Weekend employee via email. If no response is received within 3 days after delivery of notification, it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If any prize is returned as undeliverable, it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Contest is not valid in the states of countries where prohibited by law.
6. Contest Rules
The prize winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held at One Magical Weekend in Orlando, Florida 32812 immediately at the end of the Contest Period. One Magical Weekend will use its best efforts to notify the winner by the close of business within 5 days of the end of the Contest Period. Winners will be notified by email with a message sent to the email address they used when signing up to the Sweepstakes. To claim the prize, the winner should follow the instructions contained in their notification.
7. Disclaimer
One Magical Weekend and any of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agents will not be responsible for: (a) any late, incomplete, illegible, lost, misdirected, misrouted, garbled, stolen, distorted, damaged or in any way ineligible transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, telephone line, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, DSL, cable, or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures, whether human or mechanical; (c) any printing or typographical errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes; or (d) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the One Magical Weekend.
One Magical Weekend reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond One Magical Weekend’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or One Magical Weekend becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned.
7.1 Confidentiality
The terms of this agreement shall be deemed and remain confidential between the parties.
8. Disqualification
One Magical Weekend reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant or individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes web site or the Sponsor’s web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Sweepstakes Rules; to be engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to One Magical Weekend, the Sweepstakes or any other Entrant; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and, One Magical Weekend reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. One Magical Weekend reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
9. Governing Law and Venue
Florida courts both state and federal shall have the sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding or relating to this Sweepstakes. The laws of the state of Florida shall govern same. Each Entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of such courts.
10. Force Majeure
One Magical Weekend reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if, in One Magical Weekend’s sole discretion, intervening circumstances warrant such change, suspension, or cancellation. Intervening circumstances include, but are not limited to, interruption, preemption, or cancellation. Intervening circumstances include conditions beyond One Magical Weekend’s control, such as strikes, labor disputes, war, insurrection, revolution, terrorism, riot or other civil disturbance, earthquake, fire, flood, or other natural disasters, governmental restrictions, embargoes or other exercises of governmental authority, unavailability of supplies, components, or material, or any other cause beyond One Magical Weekend’s control.
11. Releases, Waiver and Indemnification
By submitting an entry, you, the Entrant represents and warrants the following:
That you have read a copy of the Official Sweepstakes Rules (the “Rules”), understand such
Rules, and will comply with such Rules; That all information contained in your entry and Sweepstakes Entry is accurate, complete and correct and that you will promptly provide any information reasonably requested by One Magical Weekend and any other Sweepstakes Entities; ·
By submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, you agree to voluntarily and forever release, discharge, waive, indemnify and hold One Magical Weekend and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents and any other person, entity or sponsor connected with the Sweepstakes harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, costs, judgments, expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees), lawsuits, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Entry, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or resulting directly or indirectly from any third party claims or threats of claims, the inaccuracy, or alleged inaccuracy, or breach by you of your representations warranties, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, and any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, and actions involving personal injury, death, property damage, copyright, trademark, right of privacy or publicity, patent or other intellectual property rights, and/or defamation.
12. Privacy Policy
Submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, you acknowledge and agree that One Magical Weekend will send you periodic information and promotions via email about One Magical Weekend and you have read and understood that you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from any future emails.
13. Agreement of Entrant
Entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.
14. Winner Publicity:
Winner gives permission to One Magical Weekend to publish the Full Name and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on our Social Media channels (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.)
Winners are expected to share their experience on their social networks and allow One Magical Weekend and its sponsors to make related posts on all of our social media networks.
