Advanced payment required for all bookings.
Payment Plans: At initial booking, a 33% deposit will be charged to reserve the room. Your card will automatically be billed 33% of the remainder 30 days from the initial deposit. The remaining payment of 34% will be billed 60 days from the initial booking. Any missed automated payments will generate a notification to you that a payment was missed and will be reattempted the next day. Two failed attempts to process payment may result in a cancelled reservation.
After April 1st 2017, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
Extended Stay: Hotel rooms are available Tuesday May 31st through Tuesday June 7th. We welcome everyone to book these additional days before and after the mandatory stay dates of One Magical Weekend (Friday June 2nd - Monday June 5th). The hotel and all of its amenities will be available to you! Turn your One Magical Weekend into One Magical Week!
Minimum Stay: One Magical Weekend requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Bookings must include June 2nd - June 5th, 2017.
Cancellation Policy: Before March 15, 2017, $100 processing fee and 1 night stay will be charged. Before April 15, 2017, $100 processing fee and 2 night stay will be charged. No refunds after April 15, 2017. All cancellation requests must be in writing to email@example.com. We will send you a cancellation form to fill out before any refunds will be issued.
